WILDFIT

"It was different from my other cleanse in that there was SO much education about the food industry"

Before WildFit I did a guided 21-day cleanse annually. I did that once a year, sometimes twice a year, for 10 years and I loved it. Cleansing helps clear my energy and puts me in touch with what really matters to me. Cleansing is empowering for me.

Thanks to Mindvalley I discovered WildFit and knew for sure that I wanted to try this 90-day cleanse. So I paid the money and committed to (gulp) 90 days (!!). Good news: it wasn't hard. It was different from my other cleanse in that there was SO much education about the food industry and how our ancestors ate.

And now that I have completed the 90 day WildFit journey, I have lost 16" and 17 pounds. I have decided to stop putting non-functional "food" into my body. I feel empowered, happy, and excited to be free from non-functional foods.

I like that there is a "Living WildFit" piece to the program - I really like the framework/structure of WildFit.

There are others in the program who had amazing results with their health - their healing is SO inspiring! I am very happy for them. I didn't have any health issues to heal from (although prevention for sure is going on at the cellular level for me, so that is a major win) but am celebrating the results I did get. I came into this program to try a new cleanse and left with a whole new way to enjoy food. Feeling more comfortable in my clothes was an added bonus.

I am very happy with WildFit. Thank you, Eric Edmeades, for creating this program. One day I may become a WildFit Coach as I feel passionate that everyone on this planet will benefit from becoming aware of what Eric teaches.

I am so inspired and feel SO GOOD! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
