"Sugar is no longer part of our life"

I used to be very uncomfortable with my weight and used to have eating problems that, according to me, had a perfect explanation. I used to say it was due to the anxiety in life, and tried to justify it all with the excuse "food makes me feel good".
After finishing the programme and after having lost 12 kg, I can now say that my overweight was all about not knowing anything about eating. Thanks to wildfit I can now recognise the kind of "hunger" I face each time and, even though I still have over 15 kg to lose, I have become very aware of the food I give to my body as a gift.
Recently, I have consciously rejected foods that in my previous life I would have never!! Foods like ice cream, cakes, pizza... and all I was thinking was: "I cannot do this to myself". I want to take good care of me.
My 15 year old son has also copied my new lifestyle and even when we hasn't cut off some foods I have, he has included in his diet the prime alkagizer and reduced junk food so much that his skin, body and I would say even hair look so much better!
This programme has been a life changer. Sugar is no longer part of our life at all and even when I may have slipped twice or more times, I have so much about the experience.
Thanks so much, Eric for this amazing gift. I am spreading the word without even talking, people here are asking what is going on since they do not only see my body change but they witness my "non-desire" for sugar-foods and other delicious dishes that we have here in Peru (saying no to a "lomo saltado", "ajì de gallina" and so much more is not easy), and they see me reject them steadily and happily!
Thanks for helping me love me consciously and consistently.

"Thank you Eric Edmeades and all of the coaches for changing my life!"

Before this program I drank coffee every morning "to wake up" and I craved chocolate every day. I knew I was addicted to certain foods and eating unconsciously. I also had a history of success on diet programs only to gain it all back a year later. I am now in week 13 of WildFit, and I have ...
