"Now I am addicted to vegetables"

My experience was wonderful. Of course I had hesitation about the program prior to it. Having things removed on a weekly basis made me think "what the heck am I gonna eat?" The panic did set in after a while after I saw where this was going. But nonetheless, I stayed plugged in. I am a single male, living alone and cooking was really not my thing. I had to bring food with me and plan my meals, eat at Whole Foods whenever possible and just go about it. I managed to survive just fine. Around the holidays it was easy as by now my cravings for foods were so diminished, I never even cheated. Believe it or not, it's Jan 5th and I still haven't eaten anything not WF approved! There's no need to when you're nutritionally loaded! That's what I loved about it. Never hungry. Loved how Eric yelled at us for NOT EATING enough! It was hysterical! No other program does this. Eating the right stuff makes you not crave the bad stuff. Makes logical sense but it never occurred to me. Now I am ADDICTED to vegetables. I crave them the way I would crave carbs. It's insane and I am still releasing weight. My cholesterol plummeted from 259 on Sept 1 to 219 Dec 20th. All my blood work results were outstanding A+++++!!!!! Enough said, I love the program!
