At 70 years of age and having tried every diet in the book, I became interested in the challenge after listening to Vishen Lakhiani talk to Eric Edmeades about Wildfit.
While I am not overweight, healthy, and get regular exercise, I wanted help with chronic constipation, cascade eating, borderline high cholesterol, and unwanted body fat. The approach I found with Wildfit was astounding. Teaching the psychology behind eating, then the teaching healthy eating has been very helpful. I loved that the program was all about lifestyle changes.
My success was a loss of 10 pounds, about 14 inches overall, feel and look slimmer, constipation and snacking between meals are approaching a thing of the past. I was able to give up caffeine, dairy and grains without too much effort. This is not to say I haven’t slipped and eaten things I shouldn’t have, but was able to easily hop back on the bandwagon. I can't help but be aware of all the food there is in grocery stores that I'll never eat again. Now, I feel more confident in eating the Wildfit way.
