I have been on a personal quest to find my calling for living and leading a fulfilling life. Somewhere along the line of finding my happiness and purpose I got lost and started on a spiral of what felt like never ending misery. I started loosing my joy for life. In my photos From right to left is my transformation of where I was to where I am now. I was training for MMA and was very agile and used to work out 3-4 hours everyday on an average for almost 6 months. I was skinny for most of my teenage life and when I got into MMA. 

Physically I felt invincible and as you can see I was ripped but I was hardly eating anything worth sustaining that body. Eventually time came that I could no longer Pursue a carrier in MMA and had to cut down on my exercise and I kept eating the way I did and eventually got from 130 pounds to 160 pounds of unhealthy body (jan 2022) with lots of injuries and pains that I suffer due to extreme work-out and a malnutrition body that ended up keeping me on edge all the time. I was miserable and life felt like a drag.
 
Eventually with universal force of series of fortunes I started listening to Jay shetty and he introduced me to Vishen and that ended up leading me to Eric and Wildfit. I was not convinced to spend so much money on a diet program as I liked my Body weight but hated how my body was feeling. I kept learning on my own and ended up listening to people like eric, shawn stevenson, mark hyman, dave ashprey, Vishen, Max lugavere and more and started reading books and all helped me release 7-8 kgs that is my 3rd photo but I was stressed with plethora of information and Finally decided to step into my discomfort and joined wildfit. I honestly had no intention to release any weight what so ever but wanted to learn what food does what for my body and what is works and what doesn’t. 

Only 3 months back if someone had told me that I will have a healthy body with a lot of pain and trauma released. That I would be able to cook and people would see me as a role model of discipline and transformation in not only body shape but character of who I am. I myself would have never believed them. Here I am narrating my life journey through body shapes and who I was to who I have become. I owe it to each and every individual that crossed my path in life to make me who I am right now. I am ready to build back with functional foods that Eric and wildfit team helped me understand. I am so grateful that not only I released over 18kgs in the journey of understanding food but that I feel so empowered and confident in my own abilities through what I learned from Wildfit. I am standing behind the cause that Wildfit and entire Mindvalley is serving to the human race. I am deeply grateful to Wildfit for helping me build myself through their teachings and outstanding support. 

To relate to my photos. My current weight (Aug 2022) is 134 pounds with next to none exercise and just functional food. In 2017 I weighed almost the same but had worked like 3-4 hours for almost 4 months eating whatever My mom used to cook and on weekends whatever my friends and I decide to eat outside. 
My photos related details: 2017 I was working average 3-4 hours for almost 4 months with eating whatever I my mom cooked and on the weekend eating out with friends. My current body is the creation of pure food and next to none exercise. Both are almost at the same weight latter feeling 1000 times more amazing. I now work full time, cook my own food and spend time to learn meditate and grow myself all having more responsibility of life and feeling more energetic day by day and a lot of confidence in myself. All because I got out of my comfort zone and believed what mindvalley and Wildfit had in store for me. So so so grateful.
