Many tryings with different diets, without lasting results.
I was hoping to find a new relationship with food; also I wanted to get back my health (type 2 diabetes, some thyroid issues and overall tiredness). WildFit program sounded different than other diet programs, I thought it could make some changes in mind and thinking.
The biggest lesson is the dialogue thing. At first I couldn't hear any food angels or devils, so I was sure I had not them at all, and I was so frustrated and confused. How to go on? Finally I found out that my own thoughts were my angels and devils and when I began to focus on them, something happened. I think this was the biggest lesson, a-ha moment and also a great mental shift, and it really called for confusing moments before I got it!
The first obvious result was the drop in blood sugars, to normal very soon! I also released weight, about 7-8 kg during 90 days. The guidelines were easy to follow and it was nice to wait for Fridays and buffer zones. It made the program very inspiring!
