Before the program I was always craving for sugars. I could never have enough. I liked sugar pie and salted caramel chocolate. 
Now I have no desire for sugar I even find some of the things too sweet. 

I lost one pound per week and I feel it's a durable solution to live the Wildfit way. I feel empowered!
