"I have had great results losing 25 lbs, 19 inches and most importantly halfing my BP meds and dropping my cholesterol and A1C bloodwork back to a normal range"

Before this program I seemed to be gaining 5 lbs annually after menopause and along with this came increasing health issues like high blood pressure and borderline type 2 diabetes. I have always been active but this was getting more difficult and the other weight management programs I had tried were not helping with belly fat! I knew I needed to make a concerted effort to make a change and I just happened onto a FB page where Vishan was interviewing Eric.

Eric’s program made sense to me so I made the financial commitment which I don’t take lightly.
I have had great results losing 25 lbs, 19 inches and most importantly halfing my BP meds and dropping my cholesterol and A1C bloodwork back to a normal range. It’s also great to fit into clothes I haven’t been able to wear for a few years. I knew I had to look at my relationship with food as my downfall has been emotional eating and treating myself and family with sweets and carbs. I am much more aware of my triggers and how to prepare for when they will occur. I also find the wait 10 minutes before having that “treat” to be very helpful. The feeling usually passes. It really helps not having the sugar or carb craving which was amazing - It really does feel like food freedom when we’re not being led by the sugar monster! I am in summer now but will go back to deep spring to lose the rest of the weight and get to my goal weight. I finally feel like I have the tools and some awesome recipes to go forward and live my version of Wildfit.
Thanks coaches. I wish I could have participated in more live calls but my work and family schedule and time zone didn’t line up well. I didn’t think I would like the not knowing what was coming next but the Friday enhancement was timed perfectly so we had the buffer zone to prepare mentally and physically. It helped that we had COVID restrictions and really couldn’t do much on weekends!! I cooked more in the last 3 months than I have for 15 years which was a good thing and I am way more conscious of the poor ingredients in processed foods and will keep my distance from them.
Thanks to the Tribe for sharing. It definitely felt easier to do this with a like-minded group who was supportive but also made us accountable ??!
