[Relationship with food like prior to WildFit]
I have always been chubby, since childhood, only once about 12 years ago I lost weight and was slim, but only because of the circumstances, all my life I had an issue with food eating disorders.
I was listening a lot about Eric at the time because I really enjoyed the videos where he coaches people and or give talks about talking to audiences, and then youtube did the algorithm and recommended me the Wildfit videos and this is something I knew I was looking for, I had no questions about it and completely trusted him because of the wise advice in all the other topics that aren't related to food but to stories and inspired to look at things with another angle, and helped me in some way or another.
When I realized i was not missing tobacco anymore, that I was able to hand and enjoy parties without alcohol, in fact, looking forward to drinking water...
Definitely lost weight, I still have a lifestyle to keep consolidating, but now I'm sure I can, I don't know how many kilos I lost but I did it on purpose. I believe that if I'm healthy I should not have to worry about those things because everything would be in place, therefore changing my lifestyle would automatically take care of my weight as a result.
I was able to quit tobacco, I wanted for many years, I started to smoke when I was 15, at 20 I was smoking 1 pack of cigarettes per day, and at 24 quit for 1 year and falled back when I moved to Canada 10 years ago, since then I haven't been able to stop, and now for the first time I have been a month and a half since I quit during this program.
I improved my sleep quality dramatically, I have dreams again, and I am not waking up every hour at night so much as before the program, now I actually get quality sleep throughout the night.
