I AM healthy and strong! A born, raised and practicing Buddhist and aspiring Centenarian; having been raised by a beautiful, healthy, herbalist, nutrition conscious lioness single mom. She did her very best with what she knew and had.
As I share this today (Mother’s Day), I am profoundly grateful for my mommy, having poured the powerful foundation of nutrition (80% plant eater), importance of water, holistic healing and ingredient reading a must into me. Ingredients - ‘If I couldn’t say it I couldn’t eat it’ – no fruit loops, lucky charms, captain crunch for me!
Years of being a full time plant eater (vegan, I do not use that word, I still wear my leather, it’s not repurposed and the word can have a lot of aggressive energy on it) with an athletes body. Mostly muscle, I never had negative energy on weight or weighing myself.
Living my childhood dream of global travel, the last five years (pre-pandemic), I gained a tummy, skin irritations and almost died. Anemic most of my adult life. Passed out, dehydrated, first UTI and hemoglobin 5.0. I should not be here. Had a blood transfusion. From that near death experience I added eating right for my blood type month. You don’t know what you don’t know.
There are few words to express my deep appreciation and excitement for finding WildFit and trusting Mr. Eric from that first masterclass video. I asked, stayed open and willing – it is said ‘when the student is ready the teacher will appear.’
I found my nutrition teacher, master in WildFit.
To hear Mr. Eric talk of breathing and water as the foundation of the quest, I was hooked and moved to tears. (Like Wim Hof says breathe MF!) I clearly envisioned what was possible for myself in doing the quest, by transforming my relationship to food, the 6hungers and loving/honoring my body again.
A lifestyle, a teacher that speaks my language. Reminded again, words, vocabulary are important.
Acknowledgment and reassurance received, that my beliefs - there is a war on our food, my snobbery around water, my gluten/wheat sensitivity and the importance of being an ingredient reading warrior, all so comforting!
Learning that my daily intake of beans, raw almonds, and weekly intake of soy/corn (GMO’s) are not the best for my body to function at optimum level. No wonder I had a tummy and itchy skin.
I have joyfully completed my 90days having released 24 pounds and many inches. I AM a proud and conscious ‘Origin Eater’ and reinvigorated ‘Ingredient Reading Warrior’! I will continue sharing, when asked, with family, friends, community and ultimately the world my challenges and victories from the quest and my commitment to living WildFit until my last breath!! This body will last and I want company!! WF is part of my mission NOW!
If I may share a powerful reminder quote “If you don’t look after your body; you’ll have nowhere to LIVE” – 87years of life homeless person. I am eternally grateful to add WildFit to my optimum health treasure chest and lifestyle this lifetime! Mahalo for reading! HEALTH, LOVE, JOY, Laughter, PEACE and Prosperity, NOW and always! Mahalo!!!
