"My BMI decreased by 9, and I have released 22.5 inches"

I was raised like, like many of you, on sugar and processed food. I used substances in my early adult years. When I got sober I turned back to the non-nutritional food addiction. I have been 100 pounds overweight for 20 years.
This program has helped me immensely to reimagine my relationship with food, to perceive myself as a healthy person who engages in self-care. I feel amazing, better than I have in years. Thanks for helping me live WildFit.
My BMI decreased by 9, and I have released 22.5 inches. Best yet, I feel changed. I won’t go back to unhealthy habits.
