WILDFIT

"I call Wildfit a miracle and the gift that keeps on giving"

Before Wildfit, I've spent 40-plus years trying to control my weight, much of which I did with a lot of exercise and various weight loss methods, most successfully intermittent fasting. My husband and I enjoy going to nice restaurants and eating fine food with fabulous wine. Stuck at home during the lockdown in 2020, we cooked a lot, ordered nice dinners, and drank quite a lot of wine. By the end of the last lockdown I had put on substantial weight. This first photo was taken during my birthday dinner in Feb 2021, I weighed 144. I signed up for Wildfit soon after as an experiment because, hey we were still locked down, so I can't go anywhere. Because of this it felt easier to follow the program religiously. At the end of the program, I had lost 14 pounds and was quite happy where I was. Lockdown ended and I went back to life including traveling and vacationing. However, for the next 4 months, I continued to drop weight and I lost more weight after the program than while I was on it. A total of 36 lbs. I found this astonishing, as I had gone back to enjoying my wine and occasional carbs. More astonishing is the fact that I weigh myself every week and my weight does not fluctuate more than 1 pound up or down. It's been this way for over a year. I even joked to close friends that I am now sixty with a six-pack.
I went on a holiday to the Maldives for my birthday in 2022, the second photo, and for the first time in 20+years, I ate and drank what I wanted and didn't have to worry about how I felt in my swimsuit or clothes. It made this special holiday even more enjoyable. 1 1 days of indulgence, 1 week back on Wildfit, and back to my goal weight.
I call Wildfit a miracle and the gift that keeps on giving. I still exercise most days and for the most part, I avoid dairy products and refined sugars. I start almost every day with my version of the Alkagizer as does my husband, although he would not join the experiment. I feel that I can eat what I want, and am never hungry. By following the WF principles 80% of the time, I am able to feel youthful and be healthy, fit, and lean. I highly recommend it to everyone, I truly do feel like I have achieved food freedom.
