"It has been a fantastic program educationally re food/diet resulting in a improvement in health"

Hi Wildfitters, I joined this 90-day challenge to optimise my health going into menopause & having had a recent diagnosis of hypothyroidism resulting in low energy frustrating my love of bike riding . Although I didn’t have a lot of weight to release, It has been a fantastic program educationally re food/diet resulting in a improvement in health - releasing 1/2 stone & 5% reduction in body fat. I definitely have more endurance on my bike - not got a lot more power but I am a key worker in the NHS so have not had the opportunity to improve that with the covid-19 pandemic . I feel the timing could not have been better given this pandemic as I have no doubt this has been a huge boost to ensuring my immunity is strong ? Thank you Eric Edmeades, and team especially Ariel Aurora, as well as the lovely posts from Aashwini Sharma & organisational posts from Shrilatha Subramanian, as well as wishing my buddy Nissa Andrus every success ( as well as all participants !) Very much interested in coaching but timing may not be ideal right now . Thank you ?
