Hello, my name is Caryll Scott and i have just completed the 90 day challenge with Wildfit. Before this programme i thought i was eating healthy, i was obese and had trouble losing weight. I lost weight before but then put it all back on, i was a vegetarian for 15 years but a few months before i decided to try Wildfit i started to eat meat again, i knew i was lacking in certain vitamins so thats why i decided to change. This programme changed my life, in 3 months i reduced 14.2 kgs (31lbs) i had pain in my knees and ankles before, now thats gone, i have so much energy now too. My Psoriasis is a little better, i am continuing living Wildfit and hope it will improve and go. My hair is growing so fast now, the same with my nails 😁. I realized that eating cheese was blocking my sinuses and my nose, now my nose is free unless i eat something that my body doesn’t like, and now it is a clear sign for me that i am listening too, that my body does not like what i have eaten. When i think of all the years that i ignored this and just carried on! Now i know so much better thanks to Wildfit, Eric and Mindvalley. Without Mindvalley i would never have found Eric Edmeades and Wildfit. Will be forever grateful to them. My journey continues, i have still a way to go, but i have been given the tools to carry on until my weight is normal.
