WILDFIT

"I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make life long changes"

I came to WildFit because I was really at the end of my options. I had tried so many diets and I just couldn't stick with any of them. What's more, as soon as I started to see results in any diet attempt, I would quickly sabotage my progress by going off the diet, with the intention of getting back on it after this binge, but I could never do it. My weight just kept going up, and I couldn't get it back down.
One of the reasons I enrolled in this program is because it promised to teach a new relationship with food. I felt this is what I needed, as I had done a lot of research about what foods were supposed to be good for you, yet I still could not help eating the "SAD" diet.
This Quest taught me how to listen to my inner voice and see how I convince myself to make the less than optimal choices when eating. The pace of the program is very doable, and the fact that this is done with a community and support is gold. It keeps one accountable and inspired at the same time.
I have always been late in releasing my body weight. Whenever people are dropping 10-20 lbs in the first month or so, I would maybe lose 3 lbs total. This is very discouraging, and would trigger me into dropping whatever program I was following. But Eric explains and addresses all of these issues in this Quest!
I followed the quest to a T and when I thought I wasn't making any progress, the measurements came in and I was blown away by the results. The last pictures at the ned of the quest were the best, because I released a lot of fat from my back, that was incredible to me! Meaning, I didn't even realize it was there in the first place , but yet the last pictures showed a smooth back!
Also, I went for a walk around town last night and I realized that I wasn't tired or out of breath when I came back!
My biggest takeaways from this quest are that the changes are subtle, (at least for me), yet solid. You don't realize all the benefits you are gaining day by day, but when the cakes and pies start to come out and you find yourself not impressed by their smell and pass the servings, you know something mayor has switched.
I still have lots to release, and this last week I have been living more in summer because I can! And I am planning on starting my quest again this weekend from about week 3 to continue to release until I get to my healthiest me.
I am so grateful for this quest , for Eric and his very expressive faces that are etched in my mind, and all the coaches who have been so supportive and kind during this journey.
This quest has really changed my life, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make life long changes.
