"I’m no longer addicted to sugar, crisps or tea"

Before joining the WildFit challenge I ate pretty healthily.

The problem was threefold:
1. I loved salt and vinegar crisps (other parts of the world call them chips but being from ?? Chips are ?!!) and had a packet every day.
2. I also LOVED sweeties.... pretty much all varieties but mostly chewy ones, the d’ours being ??!) and I used the sugar fix to give me the energy I needed to get me through the day.
3. I am English so drank and absolutely enjoyed drinking gallons of tea ?

I couldn’t envisage changing any of these loves and sort of didn’t want to... except I didn’t want them to “rule” me. I wanted to be able to take it or leave it. I have two long term conditions and I believed these three indulgences helped me through each day. On the challenge I listened and absorbed the teaching Eric gave each day, the first two weeks really surprised me. I’ll leave you to find out for yourself what unfolds throughout the 12 weeks, I don’t want to spoil anything for you. Suffice it to say I had no problem giving up tea and had a few cravings for my daily bag of crisps and lots more for sweeties but since finishing the 12 week programme I haven’t eaten sweeties! I’m no longer addicted to sugar ??, crisps ?? or tea ??. I have chosen to drink the odd cuppa but can absolutely take it or leave it, the same goes for crisps. I have chosen not to eat sweets because I don’t want to return to where I was with that addiction. I’m not confident enough with my food angel’s strength that if I tasted it my food devil might lead me astray and I may not be able to take it or leave it once I try that particular vice again. I don’t miss it though, because I still get a sugar rush. Now my sugar rush comes from fruit, salads and vegetables and I couldn’t be happier about that. You might have the willpower to give up on your food cravings for a week, a month, for ever and if you’re in the last group then that’s great... but have you? If not why?!! If you’re in the former group, how come you give up after a week or a month??

WildFit gives you education, support from Eric and all of the coaches and a “tribe” of others going through the program with you so you are empowered to support one another. There’s lifetime access to all of the materials and you always have your tribe to connect with. I am so glad that I decided to invest in myself and am happy living WildFit ✨

I knew I was in need of a nutrition-intervention, and Eric with the Mindvalley team were my counsellors. I began the program way overweight, in pain, poor sleep, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. The incremental nature of the Wildfit program made it super easy to follow, but what...
