"I lost 23 Kgs (50.7 LBS) in 4 months"

I lost 23 Kgs (50.7 LBS) in 4 months so I went from Stage 2 obese into the overweight category and now I am almost reaching a normal weight category.
It’s like a lifestyle change, not some fixed rules.
To anyone thinking of doing WildFit I would say: if there s any area of your life you would like to improve: in terms of your sleep, your productivity, your focus - WF has been a very powerful and positive experience for me and for my family.
