Before this Wildfit Quest, I had embarked on various dieting programs.
Because of the history of daibetes and heart diease in my family, these are the reason why I enrolled on this course. Eric answered by question in his introductory video.
I recommend this programme as I liked the way it is structured with the right balance of online and facebook support. It helps to keep you focused with a 90 day, daily programme. Eric and the team are great motivators and help you stay focussed and on track, even though you may experience a few bumps on the way.
I did not have a lot of weight to lose. I now understand my cravings, my emotions and the side effects.....fat burning and increased levels of energy. What a result.
Areas of my life I've noticed biggest changes:
- More energy, no afternoon dip or tiredness
- I used to crave crisps. I am no longer tempted by them, even when I walk down the supermarket aisle
- My friends have commented on how vibrant and clear my complexion has become
- My knees used to hurt when I bent down. That pain has gone.
There are tools in place to help you live WildFit after the course has been completed.
The course has taught me the emotional triggers, how to eat nutritiously, stay hydrated, stay calm with the breathing exercises.
I now have the tools and knowledge to live WIldFit
