"The programs are great and I am very happy doing what I can"

Good Day, My name is Nieland and I live on a Island name Bermuda.
My life was changed when I got Diabetes, than I got sick with an illness called polymyalgia Rheumatica, next was kidney trouble and kidney stones 2 times. Kidney trouble came from the meds I was taking for a long time. Plus I am overweight. so everything was going downhill for me.
I have been living Like this since 2010, so when I stubble on this project my mind went straight to get it, it is the best thing I ever did. I love it, wildfire is what I needed in my life. The programs are great and I am very happy doing what I can, I modify some exercises and still benefit from them and feel good about them. Our community is great because we can read something someone else has written to inspire me.
Thanks a lot Peace N Love.
