"The psychological change has been the most significant"

I struggled with emotional eating since I was ten years old. I’ve shed weight a few times with very restrictive programs and then put it all back at the first bereavement.
This year I had Covid which caused a thyroid problem and I decided I had enough. Something had to change. I stumbled upon Eric’s masterclass and decided to enroll in the quest.

I released 8.8 kg and 44 cm all over my body but the psychological change has been the most significant. I behave more consciously around food and I acknowledge my emotions without losing my head. I have a lot of work to do still but now I know I can live differently.
