"I, unexpectedly, learned so much more valuable life-changing concepts"

Wow! I was not expecting this kind of transformation. Like most people, I was really confused about what I should be eating. Sure, I ate organic, grass-fed, wild-caught but alcohol, chocolate (sweetened with stevia), and chips were what my devil wanted. I also joined the program because I want to become a health coach.
Unfortunately, finances and self-doubt have always held me back and I knew I had to fix myself first before I had any business fixing anybody else.
At age 41, I was suffering from anxiety, achy joints, leg cramps, stomach cramps, inflamed digestion, and for the first time this spring, allergies. I was eating healthy, so I thought, but I felt terrible and I knew I had to reduce my alcohol and bad food choices to make a big change.
I am currently in Week 12 and my transformation has been HUGE!! I no longer suffer from the ailments I listed above. I’m also sleeping better and lost 10 pounds! Bonus!! BUT I, unexpectedly, learned so much more valuable life-changing concepts. The 6 human hungers were a game-changer. I did not realize how severely dehydrated I was.

Before the program, I couldn’t even curl my toes without my feet cramping.
The concept of making conscious food choices by listening to my inner dialogue and then taking a step back and analyzing it. “Why I’m I craving this right now, what’s the trigger? What can I do instead to satisfy that need?” HOLY COW! This concept was a HUGE eye-opener on how I connect food with certain situations and stress triggers.
The concept of eating consciously is simple and yet so effective. Even the simple breathing exercises to reduce stress I use every day in my meditations.
The Alkagizer and never letting yourself get hungry…HUGE!! One of the most powerful and valuable lessons I learned is how to meal plan, shop, prep, and bring food to social gatherings. And I couldn’t have done this without the Facebook group. This would have been so much harder without having people cheering each other on and chiming in when someone was struggling. I also loved listening to the Vault Q&A’s. I am a huge biology/nutrition nerd. This made me realize that health coaching really is my calling.
In fact, I’m listening to the WildFit Health Coach Masterclass right now and I really want to go for it. However, I’m on the fence because Covid has me in a financially unstable situation right now but I know it’s a great opportunity and I really want to do it. Ahhhhhh!! It’s like I can hear my devil and angel fighting about it.

My biggest takeaway from this whole program is knowing that I AM WORTH IT!! Making my health a priority is number one. Living a long healthy life with my children and be a role model for them is my priority. Being an inspiration to others is my priority.

I cannot thank Eric and his team enough for all that they do. This has been an incredible life-changing journey. But my journey does not end here. I look forward to joining the Wildfit community and becoming a Wildfit coach. This I am manifesting. Thanks again!
