"The WildFit program has literally transformed my relationship with food"

I turned 40 this year and I realized that age was finally catching up with me. Not that I was overweight (maybe about 8-9 pounds over) but I was facing a lot of challenges in my health - prolonged weakness, lethargy, and dullness, and bad eating habits (since I work from my home office). I was also suffering from ailments such as lower back pains, constant throat clearing issues (mucus in the throat), hair loss, dust allergy, acidity, and even restless night sleep coupled by snoring. To help me stay awake and productive, I used to gulp down almost 3-4 cups of black coffee every single day. It was almost like a ritual. It says when the student is ready, the teacher appears. In late January a teacher and my mentor by the name Eric Edmeades appeared in my life and spoke to me about transforming my relationship with food. This was an online class I attended which was transformative enough to spur me into action.

I went to enroll in his WildFit 90-day program that started in February investing a lot of money in it (Yes, I paid in installments, so you could guess the program cost quite a bit.) A part of me was skeptical that this shouldn't be another fad diet program, but another part of me was determined to give this a shot. My health was deteriorating in my own eyes and I couldn't see it suffer any longer. With a deep breath and many prayers, I decided to enroll in the 90-day program.

Today, 101 days after the program, I am writing to you to share my transformation through this program. ...
The WildFit program has literally transformed my relationship with food. WildFit is not a diet program. It is a lifestyle transformation journey. ... One word for WildFit is Freedom.

My Wins:
...My deep sleep has gone from 2% to almost 60%.  My snoring disappeared.
...I find myself with more energy than ever throughout the day. I am off caffeine for over 5 weeks now.
... My back pains have vanished.
... My throat issue has almost disappeared. I would say it's down to less than 5% now.
... My dust allergy is gone. **poof
... My hair fall is reduced.
... I have released more than 35 pounds and am feeling lighter than ever before.

WildFit literally transformed my health and wellness and rewired my association with food. It has helped me understand the different types of hungers (yes, there are more than types of hungers we experience) and help me deal with them from a place of consciousness, choice, and freedom.
