"I now have the tools for navigating my way to a better future"

I became aware of WildFit through Mindvalley some years ago, and have wanted to do it - but I thought it was quite pricey.

A month before this WildFit class, my Mom died. That, combined with sub-optimal eating habits and then 4 months of lockdown, found me feeling very "blah", tired, lacking energy and overweight. Reflecting on my options, I realized that I could eat myself into a coma, or I could do something good for myself, and so I signed up for WildFit.

Overall, I followed the program pretty conscientiously, with a few Experiments here and there. For about the first eight weeks, I saw no weight released, but my skin and my sleep started to improve. I gradually noticed that I also felt a lot better within myself, and my energy was slowly improving. After a few more weeks, my jeans were looking pretty baggy, and when I weighed myself I had released 8kg - yippee! (I still have about another 8kg to release.)
The improved energy and restored enthusiasm for life are equally important to me, and I now have the tools for navigating my way to a better future.
Thank you all, with much love, Sandra
