"I released 13 kilos"

I have started wildfit program with all of my life I am significantly overweight and I come to the understanding that is the cards that I 'v been given and that I will end up like my father's side of the family which is obesity and perhaps Gastric shortening surgery. I'm so excited to discover that there is a way to deal with my weight and that for the first time in my life I will be (another 25 kg ahead of me) thin and feel good about my self. so far after finishing the 3 months of wildfit challenge, I dropped from 119 kg to 106 KG, I released 13 kilos, and besides that, I feel much better mentally and fiscally. looking forward to continuing the journey with living wildfit, thank you!
