"I'm inspired to work with Eric on cracking another egg"

I've practice martial arts since age 14. It was a godsend to find Lee Holden on Mindvalley. And now Eric and WildFit. I have fond memories of the rigorous, almost ascetic practice routines that helped me navigate a chaotic family and the maturation process. But as I age, I can continue to practice martial arts but need to transition to moving in developmentally appropriate ways and focusing on my relationship to food and health. Lee Holden helped me crack one egg. I'm inspired to work with Eric on cracking another egg.
