"Now, I two months after the program I have released 30kg, feel healthy, younger and love life"

I came across WildFit with Eric Edmeades, and I was intrigued by his message, ''stop exercising please''. I weighted in at 130kg at the time and my life constantly revolving around the wrong kind of food my health was suffering. Through the 90 days challenge I lost weight and I continued losing, while I learned valuable insights that helped me answer the million dollar question: What should I be eating to be healthy! Now, two months after the program I have released 30kg, feel healthy, younger and love life. Thank you Eric and thank you Mindvalley!
