I am extremely grateful I found WildFit program and believed in it.
I have always been slightly overweight and in recent years obese due to unconscious eating and what I was thought as a child. WildFit helped me realize I control what I eat, how I eat and why I eat it.
I lost weight, lost inches around my waist, my brain is sharper, my skin is less greasy ... and the list goes on.
All of those positive points in only 3 months. I cannot wait to see my ongoing transformation in the coming months and years as I will continue following the WildFit guidelines for my and my family's wellbeing (hopefully my transformation will inspire other people I meet as well).
