"After completing the program, I sit at 170 lbs that is almost 30 lbs of weight loss"

Before starting this program if I have to explain my health, It would be as simple as referring myself as an extremely unconscious eater. I never took time to reflect on the right way of eating even though it always used to be on my mind, but wasn’t making it a priority.

I was 205 lbs one month prior to starting this program and was at 199lbs on the day I started.

The kind of education I have got in last 3 months is revolutionary for me. I simply think this wasn’t a program but rather a course on self-educating about nutrition in the right way.

I have learnt so many tips and ways of giving body what it truly needs. And most of all, it was pretty smooth. Not even once have I felt that I am on a diet and am loosing out on anything.

Now after completing the program, I sit at 170 lbs that is almost 30 lbs of weight loss.
On top of the obvious benefit, I would also like to mention how amazing I feel in my own skin. The hatred I started to feel towards myself because of low health has been totally vanished and I have started to love my body again. I don’t doubt now that our mind and body are intertwined at a level that they always effect each other.

Extremely grateful for this journey and recommend it to everyone, even if you think you are healthy.
