"I lost about 18 lbs, my husband dropped 28"

My husband and I came back from visiting family for Christmas in Toronto and we were feeling awful. Too much partying - rich food and a lot of drinking not only had us feeling disgusted with ourselves, but we were shocked to see that we were each the heaviest we had ever been. Then January we both were going back and forth to see the doctor for one thing or another (this from two people who almost NEVER go to doctors). I started thinking "Oh no, we've finally hit that age when everything starts to decline rapidly." I will turn 70 in June and my husband will be 74 in July.

When we watched the intro video with Eric and Vishen, I said, "Let's do it." We knew that we would have to continue with the program even though we had planned to spend 6 weeks in Mexico. We found places to stay where we could prepare our own food and even bought a small blender to travel with. Yup, there were challenges. It really made us think why it was important to have a margarita and tortillas every day because we were in Mexico. So our treat was to have sparkling water when we went to restaurants. We had to leave Mexico early because of the virus and spent two weeks quarantined at our trailer in BC. After a month of not being able to weigh ourselves, we were both shocked and delighted to discover how much weight we had lost despite traveling. I lost about 18 lbs, my husband dropped 28. But what was wonderful to see was my husband's energy. He was literally shuffling around like an old man. Now he is bright and focused and hurrah! His libido has returned without the drugs. We are excited to live a Wildfit lifestyle - yes, with a few deviations. But it means so much to have the energy and enthusiasm to live and work on our dream projects so thank you Eric and Vishen for bringing this program to us. I still have some more weight to drop before my big birthday, but I feel confident that I can get there and be the healthiest I've been in years.
