"I lost 32 pounds and I got my cravings under control"

[Relationship with food like prior to WildFit]
Bad. I ate a lot of bad food, and I couldn't control my cravings for those foods. I wanted to lose weight.
[Biggest lessons, 'a-ha moments', or mental shifts experienced during WildFit?]
Getting my cravings under control. I can see bad food and say "I'm not going to have that." I couldn't do that before, or I could do it for a few days or months before going back to eating those same foods again.
I lost 32 pounds, I'm completely off caffeine (I didn't even have any symptoms when I got off coffee, whereas I had to deal with bad headaches and vomiting when I tried before), and I got my cravings under control.
