Before this program, I would not have thought I would have felt satisfied with an alkagiser. I can't believe how rewarding it is. 
I didn't know about the 6 different hungers. This has given me an understanding of the vital part that water plays in satisfying hunger. I think this program is absolutely amazing. 
The questions & answers capture the essence of the questions that arise and are so timely. 
I love this program. I am about to go into Week 6 and I liken it to the "goat pass" (I live in NZ and there is a triathlon challenge called the Coast to Coast. In it there is a very steep hill called "Goat Pass"). Breathe deeply, hydrate and prepare for the road ahead.
