"I lost 20 lbs and 20.25" total in 3 months"

I never realized that I had weight to lose, as it was a really gradual change over time and I had been so thin my whole life with a rather athletic build and a minimal amount of athleticism.
It wasn't until after my second child when I saw the lines on my stomach from slouching in a chair. That's when I really started noticing the belly fat. I knew that never having gone on a diet or ever having paid attention to what I was eating would I ever be able to lose that belly fat alone.

Going into WildFit I was looking for an education on nutrition, and I got SO much more than that.

I lost 20 lbs and 20.25" total in 3 months. The education will guide me through the rest of my life, and the way that we were carefully guided through this process does not leave you feeling deprived.

I have a sense of wonder about food now, I have a renewed interest in cooking and trying new vegetables and fruits, and for the first time I feel a real freedom when it comes to eating. Not just shoving non-foods in my face because they are easy and they are there.

The best part is, that without making my kids eat better they have started asking to eat what I'm eating. I'm leading by example. I got way more than I bargained for and I'm happier than I've ever been.

Thank you, WildFit. Thank you to my amazing Tribe and Coaches, too. Couldn't have done this without you. It's been a wild, amazing ride and it's not over ... just beginning. I feel like I've been dipped in the fountain of youth. LOL!
