"Today, is amazing compared to where I was 90 days ago"

Before Wildfit I thought I knew something about eating healthy. Wildfit put it all together in a package that makes sense. I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical. But I followed the plan and I found that my body and my mind love it. Thanks to Wildfit I’m healthier than I’ve been in a long time. The changes were gradual, they sort of snuck up on me. There are so many! Like the bottom of my feet are smoother… what’s that all about? I no longer wake up with a headache each morning and rather my mind is clear. I sleep through the night. My joints don’t ache anymore; except for one hip which suffers from osteoarthritis (a motor cross accident in a younger life) – and even this one is better. I take no pain meds and tolerate what pain there is. I just can’t visualize popping glorified ibuprofen into my system everyday while trying to heal it at the same time. Brain fog is diminishing. My energy is up. My skin is better. My hypothyroid meds have been reduced. My hair isn’t falling out in droves anymore and I’ve released 23.2 pounds and many inches.

And, I notice how food makes me feel. That’s a big one. Before the program my body was so compromised it didn’t notice what “food” was doing to me, or how it made me feel, when I ate it. I feel like my body is connected to my senses now, if that makes any sense (ha). It shares the load in deciding what is good for me and what should go into it. There is no way that I want to compromise this relationship I have created with my body! I have a ways to go now to get to the ultimate weight that I would like to be at.

But more importantly, how I feel right now, today, is amazing compared to where I was 90 days ago. I’m not worried about the weight anymore; I know that it will come off. It just will because my mind and body are on speaking terms now! Oh and I found a new restaurant – My Kitchen! The food there tastes amazing. It can almost be embarrassing – I’ll make a meal and the food will taste so good that I rant about it through the whole thing. It’s so exciting when you get to the point where you can just take what’s left in the fridge, make it taste amazing, and be incredibly healthy at the same time. No guilt eating! It’s wonderful.

Thank you WildFit, Ariel, and all the recipe sharers in the Tribe for showing me a new way. It has been a wonderful journey. I have learned so much from the program and the Tribe through sharing. Thank you Wildfit and thank you to our Tribe for everything and congratulations on taking this journey! Nothing tastes better than a healthy body! Love that one Eric –

Thank you so much! Love and Light!
