I've never dieted or thought I needed to. Now I know differently. Thank you Eric for educating me on how to live a healthier life that will continue. I broke my shoulder then my ankle last year (my lovely dogs careering into me) that led me to look into my first ever PT sessions to get me back walking, I had always been lucky to be healthy and fit, playing regular tennis, dog walking, gardening etc but had never done fitness classes or weights. The more I learnt the more I realised how I hadn't been doing myself a favour in an exercise or diet way, I have always eaten a lot of sugar (my name doesn't help! nor does the fact everyone had always, and has continued to ask, why I have given up on sugar or even thinking about what I eat, because I don't need to lose weight! However, giving up has done wonders for energy as well as everything else. I am also off almost all dairy (though we have chickens who are called Pumpkin and Bramble so I eat eggs) and hardly eat any wheat or grains now, we have a big vegetable patch and greenhouse and love growing our food, most of the rest of what we eat we get from a friend who runs a fabulous food company, my husband loves cooking too so we have always been interested but Wildfit has brought in so much information I hadn't known and so many different foods I hadn't tried before. 
Thank you Eric and all your fabulous team, I feel fit, well and full of life - I shall keep out of the way of my dogs in future when they get over-excited but know my bones have more of a fighting chance now! Everyone was so supportive and inspiring, I enjoyed the calls and all the videos, so informative. I feel so lucky that I found your programme, it all makes complete sense. Thank you again!
