"I lost 18 kgs and it was pretty effortless"

Before this program, I knew so many the different approaches to healthy living (been there, got the organic t-shirt) but inevitably when stress got the best of me, I'd be vanquished by sugar cravings and overindulge. With perimenopause and menopause, I put on an extra 12 kgs without eating more, and even when I was not sweet bingeing. I couldn't believe I allowed myself to get so big and inactive, and feel exhausted. The last straw was having two teeth removed at the end of 2019. I'm very energy conscious and could feel my body was degenerating and if I didn't make major changes soon, I would go the way of the general populous and develop chronic, life-threatening diseases. So frustrating when I knew intellectually what's required to be well. Choosing to do Wildfit is definitely one of my most precious choices in life so far. I lost 18 kgs and it was pretty effortless to me! I don't eat mindlessly anymore. I know what genuine physical hunger feels like (and it doesn't happen very often.) I love the freedom I now have around food, spending way less time in the kitchen, the ample energy all day and evening, the mental clarity, the lightness of my body when I exercise (and I enjoy it so much now I am exercising regularly), and sheeze, my waist is back! I am 2 kgs off what I weighed at high school. My marriage came to a final and abrupt end just before the Covid-19 lockdown which turned me inside out but being part of the Wildfit cohort buoyed me to acknowledge I'm already creating my happy future. Talk about a physical and emotional detox masterfully rolled into one program. Eric and team, thank you so much! E kore e mutu taku mihi ki a koutou. My gratitude is endless.
