I was basically a carbaholic. My weakness was bread. This program helped me get that under control. I'm now able to pass up things like bread baskets, pastries, and crackers easily.
Eric's videos were an easy watch and very entertaining. He teaches all the lessons in a straightforward way that's easy to digest and impossible to ignore once you've heard it. I will never look at dairy the same!! and I was once a cheese head lol.
I'm so proud of myself for sticking with the program to the end. My progress has been outstanding. I'm 5'4" and at the start of the program I weighed in at 135lb and now I'm at 123lb and have lost several inches. I didn't need to drop too much weight but I really needed to gain healthy eating habits. I was one of those people that were nutrient deficient but Not anymore. Thanks to WildFit I've come to love vegetables and I feel and look great.
