WILDFIT

"I have released 9 kg during the program and my BMI dropped to 29.4"

I have started Wildfit in preparation for a surgical procedure under general anaesthesia. My blood results have all been within a normal range (even though my BMI was at 32.6) before starting Wildfit and I didn´t suffer from any chronic illnesses but wanted to give my body the best chance of healing from the procedure.
The procedure was scheduled in the first month of Wildfit and everything went fine. Wounds were healing without infections (the scars still need a bit of time but are looking good so far) and the bone healed as well.
In addition, I have released 9 kg during the program and my BMI dropped to 29.4. I have learnt a lot about nutrition and will continue this journey of nourishing my body with the food its truely needs.
