"Through the program, I was able to prove myself that I could finish what I start, and change my complete relationship with food"

When I started this amazing and “life-changing” program of WF, I recognize that I was following Mindvalley for almost 3 years, initiated a few programs, but finished none.
However, I was so tired of being tired, of not desiring to look on my mirror anymore, and hopeless of bot being able to stop eating all the food I knew it was bad for me, but unable to make better choices.

Through the program, I was able to prove myself that I could finish what I start, and change my complete relationship with food.

I went through major surgeries while doing the challenge, however, I stick to the recommendations and right now feel so proud of myself and what I have achieved.

I lost 17 pounds which may look nothing but those can make a difference in the way you “look and love” yourself.

I would like to thanks Mindvalley, Vishen, Eric, Ariel, Lori and Kerry for this amazing journey together, for all the love ans support.

Thanks for this incredible tribe of valuable people. Thanks for all the teaching, for returning my identity and my healthy relationship with the food. No enough words to express me. Love and gratitude to all of you!?????
