"I lost my acid reflux and reduced my asthma medicine by ½"

Here is my brief success story from my WildFit quest:
I have lost 18 pounds and 16 inches, and, more important to me is that I lost my acid reflux and reduced my asthma medicine by ½.
Three years ago I was on a diet plan that had a similar goal of entering the body into ketosis and I must say it worked very well at the time. The plan, however, required weekly purchases of products that amounted to $150 - $200 per week, so I always thought there must be a better way: the better way is WildFit. I was very accustomed to eating the deep spring diet as the previous plan was similar so the program was not much of an interruption to my lifestyle. The difference with WildFit is the videos and coaching along the way, a lot of which might seem to be common sense but this method drives home the reasoning of why we eat certain foods and why that avoiding some and placing other in the ‘rare’ occasion category is a benefit not only to weight loss but to overall health. My food devil is well under control to the point where I can test it and by testing it my body reacts in not such a good way, I find this amazing and reinforcing for the WildFit lifestyle.
On a good downside, I have a new addiction, ALKAGIZER, ( the green poop elixir) it’s that go to and must have morning ritual that I have gladly adapted, and I even like cilantro now!
I must confess that as someone who works in the food industry (I sell processed meats like bacon, hams and wieners) I have a different outlook on what I sell and find myself sometimes questioning what I do. This is something that I am working through and feel I can make some wonderful changes. It’s odd to me that a quest like this has made me change my whole outlook on food, even though I have always believed that food is the best way to health.
Thank you Mindvalley and the WildFit teams for such a positive experience.
And Eric, I still love the ‘milk’ rant the best of all!
