"I have released 8kg, few inches all around my body and my energy levels are all time high"

I had been diagnosed with hypertension in 2017 and had been on medication since then. I have also have had brain fog and my energy has been low. I have been looking to improve my health naturally and did go see a naturopath who put me on loads of vitamins. I followed his advice for few months on eating healthy which worked for a short period of time, however, I was unable to sustain it.
I came across Wildfit couple of years ago and watched Eric's Masterclass. I knew this is the program I have to do, however, I put it off by making an excuse timing is not right.

This year 2021, in Australia we went into lockdown in June and my energy levels kept dropping & mentally I was not myself. I made the decision to go on WildFit journey. What can I say about the journey - it has been awesome experience. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have released 8kg, few inches all around my body and my energy levels are all time high. I feel I am in control of my life and all of sudden everything is clear to me. My blood pressure is normal. I have regained my confidence and self esteem. there have been days where I have felt I am unstoppable as I have had so much energy. I do not need my alarm clock anymore to wake up in the morning. I have learnt so much about food and nutrition which I thought was never possible.

A huge thanks to Eric, Wildfit team and our awesome coach Melanie Becker Hopkins for supporting us on this awesome journey.

"It’s the first time in my adult life that I’ve been able to follow something for a long time without “cheating”

Before Christmas, I had a very stressful life. I ate irregularly, mostly chocolate and Pepsi Max, leftovers from our restaurant, and poorly planned meals. I went to the doctor and was told that my cholesterol was too high and that I should only eat grass if I didn’t want to start taking c...
