"I have lived the last two years with a huge amount of pain"

I have lived the last two years with a huge amount of pain, due to a fall while climbing. I took lots of heavy anti inflammation.
After the program, I barely take them anymore, and I have almost never pain again. I feel ready for high season. I am a surf, meditation and breathwork instructor, so I need my neck and shoulder to be in great shape.
I used to be a real chocolate addict, and now I just don't need it anymore.
Due to candida, I always had a bit of bad skin. It's all clear now!
