Before, although I had a very good idea in my head of what I should and should not eat, I told myself stories to allow the do not eat foods fairly regularly. Now, I am much more aware and mindful of what I am and I am not eating and drinking on an ongoing basis. Although I am not perfect, I feel greatly improved from before. 

Thank you for the mindfulness techniques of food devil and food angel and timeline for eating. Those were both very beneficial. Especially, the timeline. I have found myself throwing things away after one bite, which I would virtually never do before. Very good program! I hope to go through it in the future for reminders as needed.
