“I have never had my hair grow so fast!!”

I am down 22" overall body inches and 10 pounds.
I am going to release 9 more pounds and know that I can maintain this, get fit, and still enjoy eating food.
I will never drink coffee, or any caffeine drinks again. I will never eat bread again- and so far, haven't had any grains.
I have recommended this program to many people. I did not get a haircut during the challenge. I have never had my hair grow so fast!! I also have a waist again and who knew my neck would lose 1.5"?!
