"I think pictures speak for themselves"

I think pictures speak for themselves. Look at my face, my waistline, even my mood! I didn't get into my premarital weight, but I am surely heading there ?.

I lost 25 lbs and many inches, especially in the waist. I feel great, no exaggeration here.

Before I started the program I thought I was perimenopausal, but, hey, all the symptoms are long gone ? NO MORE hot flashes, insomnia, chronic fatigue, lack of motivation and dragging through the day! I am more than happy with my results. I feel younger and happier!

Thank you, Eric, the coaches and all of you, my fellow Wildfitters, for being understanding and supportive. Let Wildfit be with you ?
