"I can proudly say that my husband & I are going to be living life on the Wildfit side for the rest of our lives"

When I started this program I was at an all-time energy low. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in the summer.
By the time fall came around I could not figure out why my energy was so depleted. I had several blood tests done but the doctor said I was fine & that the lowest dose of thyroid medication was working.

By Christmas I was at such a low point that even after sleeping ten hours I barely had any energy. I have always been a high-energy person. My family became worried as they could see my health failing.

I just happened to see Eric Edmeades on a Mindvalley quest on FB. I only watched it because my maiden last name is Edmeades so I was curious about this man who I may be distantly related to.

I listened to everything that Eric had to say & it all made so much Sence. Without hesitation, I decided to join Wildfit.

Throughout the whole Wildfit challenge I received so much coaching, information, education on nutrition & support from all of the coaches, my FB tribe as well as Eric himself.

My husband 5 weeks into it joined in as he could see that at 5 weeks my energy level had turned around.
By week seven there was definitely a spring in my step.

My husband has had RA for over 25 years. Always in severe pain & has had both shoulders replaced because of severe pain in the shoulder joints. After being on Wildfit my husband has No Pain!!! No leg cramps, no more migraine headaches, no more sleeping pills or sleep issues, no more inflammation which totally surprised his RA specialist.
RA travels through the body sometimes from joints to organs & for my husband it traveled to his lungs. Then diagnosed by a lung specialist with interstitial lung disease and having to be on oxygen from time to time. His lungs have now improved 25 percent. Not on oxygen at all.

Walking 5 k 3 to 4 times a week was not possible before Wildfit. Both specialists are amazed & Told him whatever he is doing keep it up. This ice cream addict husband of mine is now an Alkagizer convert & down 22 pounds.

I myself am down 16 pounds & plan on being in deep spring & summer until I lose the rest of the weight.

My wins are my weight loss of course but my biggest win was getting my energy back to a super high level again & The education I have received from All of the coaches, tribe & Eric Edmeades.

I can proudly say that my husband & I are going to be living life on the Wild fit side for the rest of our lives. Our health is our wealth & we know firsthand that Health care is Self-care.

Thank you to all of the coaches for their support, recipes & ongoing inspiration. Thank you Eric for sharing your knowledge & educating us on everything about Living Wildfit.
