I loved eating almost everything whether it was healthy or unhealthy and craved non-functional foods a lot. I didn't have that much knowledge about nutrition.
The masterclass with Eric was amazing and inspiring. I saw few videos on youtube as well which kind of let me think about nutrition. Also, was surprised to hear so many testimonials about people saying Wildfit gave them so much. So, I wanted that knowledge too and decided to join. I only hoped to learn about health and nutrition as that is the only important thing. Once I have the knowledge my health and soul will be in right auro.
I was so surprised with all the change I had in my body. I never realized until Eric mention about sleep. I was sleeping really better. Would stay in calm state most of the days. I was listening to my body. I had a shift in my body where my menstruation cycles changed and still is in same way but I am listening to my body and trusting it that it can cure itself. I don't need meds for the same.
That is the big shift as before Wildfit I would simply reach out to medicine. So thanks a lot.
Weight was released definetly with couple of inches from few places in my body.
My jeans is loose now. I have to keep adjusting it whole day but instead of getting irritated I feel happy to do so as it reminds me of my success.
Note: I don't want to use belt at least for now, to get that success feeling everyday.
My sleep is so improved. I am more conscious about foods I eat.
