"My sense of smell and taste have come back and now"

I joined WildFit in November 2020. I was inspired by what Vishen said about this WildFit program and the results his staff had seen doing it. I just completed the 90-day program.
I lost only 5 pounds but 18 1/4 inches!! I had a 6 hour surgery last March and I assume a lot of those inches that I lost were inflammation from the surgery. Also, during this program, I suffered with vertigo for maybe 2 1/2 weeks. My ears felt blocked. I finally went to an ear doctor and there were no blockages in my ears but a little inflammation in 1 ear. I noticed that one of the questions they asked on the intake form (for my ear appointment) was whether I had been under general anesthesia. And that answer was yes. I “assume”, I say assume because I don’t actually know, but I think the “vertigo” might have been my body clearing out the drugs from my brain from the surgery. If that is the case I am VERY grateful for this! I also had bursitis in my right arm, which is gone, my general level of happiness is noticeable, my fingernails are stronger, I can think more clearly, I am in a better mood, I wake up many mornings around 6:00 am ready to start my day and I have been total without sugar for 66 days.
My sense of smell and taste have come back and now - carrots are a “sweet” vegetable to me. I have met so many people on WildFit that are so grateful for their new and improved lives - and I am one of them

"From start to finish, I lost 28.6 pounds"

Since 2014, I have fought with my weight. I am 6'4'. I weighed 248 at my heaviest. I carried it well around my belly and thighs, so I was not ashamed of it, but it definitely was not fun to look at in the mirror. I was the guy that wore a shirt in the water saying to myself that I was concerned a...

Before this Quest my life was a constant search for ways to lose weight, I have had a spine surgery for a couple of years ago and my life has been quite stationary ever since. So the method I was seeking for had to be something without much physical movement involved. I am also on my spir...
