WILDFIT

I feel and move like I am at least 10 years younger

Quick summary

After five years of unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, this 56-year-old discovered WildFit and experienced a remarkable transformation—shedding 18 pounds, eliminating joint pain, dramatically improving her health markers, and feeling a decade younger in just three months.

I participated in the Wildfit Quest from 30 Jan - 28 April 2023. What a rewarding journey!

Here are my wins over the 3 months:

- Most importantly I feel and move like I am at least 10 years younger than 56!

- The wrist and finger joint pain in my right hand disappeared within about 3 weeks of starting the Wildfit Quest.

- Weight released: 8.3kg (down from 83.9 to 75.6kg) or 18.3lbs.

- Cholesterol down from 7.6 to 4.6 by Wk 5 of the Quest.

- Body fat down from 42.1% to 37.9%.

- Visceral fat down from 8 to 6.

- Muscle up from 22% to 23.3%

- Loads of centimetres lost all over, and especially around my mid-section (12.5cm less) and waist (15cm).

- AND last but not least - I can hardly believe it - I am one of the 8 winners of the Wildfit/Mindvalley contest - meaning that I won $5,000 and a voucher to attend the whole of Mindvalley University worth $2,000!

As well as Eric Edmeades and the whole Wildfit coaching team, plus my personal Wildfit coach Pooh Ling, I also have to thank Vishen, founder of Mindvalley, whose Silva Ultramind program got me in the right frame of mind to do this Quest and succeed in it (and I only did the first week of the 28 day Silva Ultramind program 😮).

Before this, I had honestly given up hope of releasing weight, as I had spent 5 years trying!

THANK YOU Mindvalley and Wildfit :-)))
