"I actually know how to eat to feel good and I listen to my body"

I had almost given up trying to lose weight. Over the past 10 years, I had slowly put on over 40 pounds. I would try to diet, but it would only last maybe two months and I would gain the weight back and more.
The last couple of years, I've felt terrible - heartburn, bloating, fatigue etc. There seemed to be nothing that would make me feel better. On top of it, when I was trying to lose weight, the scale would not move even though I was practically starving myself.
With Wildfit, I've lost 24 pounds over the program and several inches - including 5 off my waist. I feel much better and, most importantly, I actually know how to eat to feel good and I listen to my body. I still have about 20 pounds to go but I'm confident I will get there because I know how and I've seen results.
Thank you Eric and Wildfit. You have changed my life!
