The process of training the mind into what is important for my health has been amazing!
The food devil and food Angel had a war at first, but now they are holding hands!

Teaching how to get the body to burn fat has been very interesting as well! 

Very impressed with the seasons we are supposed to go through in our choice of fruits and vegetables to achieve optimal health.
